ASP Senior Rep Team FAQ: Everything You Need to Know!
OH MY GOSH—IT’S ALMOST TIME! 🎉 The 2026 ASP Senior Rep Team applications open March 1st, and I know you’ve got questions! What’s included? How does it work? Is this really the best senior year experience ever? (Spoiler: YES.)

What is the ASP Senior Rep Team?
The ASP Senior Rep Team is a group of fun, outgoing, and seriously amazing seniors who love getting their photos taken, being part of something special, and hyping up their friends about their senior sessions. Basically, it’s an exclusive team of ASP insiders who get extra shoots, content, and experiences throughout senior year!
What is the cost to be part of the ASP Senior Rep Team?
The total cost is $800, and let me tell you—it’s worth every penny! That covers all the shoots, perks, and exclusive experiences you get as an ASP Rep. Plus, it’s broken down into three payments to make it easier!
What does the $800 include?
Your senior will get:
📸 A fall senior session (the ultimate golden-hour, dreamiest shoot)
🎓 A spring cap & gown session (because you need grad pics!)
📅 Two group sessions (more bestie moments, more photos, more fun!)
🎉 A bonus meet & greet party (where you’ll meet the team + get your ASP headshot)
👗 Bonus outfit changes (extra looks, because why not?)
💁♀️ Senior styling assistance (we partnered with amazing brands this year!)
📸 A minimum of 30+ digital images per session
📦 An exclusive ASP Welcome Promo Kit (think of it as a VIP package!)
💵 Extra cash incentives throughout the year

Basically, this is not just a photoshoot—it’s a whole experience!
How do payments work?
The $800 is split into three payments to make it super manageable. The first payment is due once your senior is officially accepted onto the team! Then, the following payments are split, one is due at their fall session the final payment is due at their spring session.
How is this different from a regular senior session?
A regular senior session is one shoot. The ASP Senior Rep Team is a year-long, VIP experience! You’ll get multiple sessions, styling help, group shoots, extra perks, and a team of amazing girls to share it all with! PLUS, it’s an incredible way to make new friends, gain confidence, and be part of something so special during your senior year!
Is participation mandatory for all events and shoots?
Not at all! But, I highly encourage reps to take advantage of everything, because the more you participate, the more photos and experiences you get! However, attendance at the Meet & Greet is required—this is the team kickoff where you’ll meet everyone and take your ASP headshot!

What if my senior is shy or doesn’t have modeling experience?
TOTALLY okay! Most of my reps start out a little nervous, but by the end, they’re owning every shoot! This experience is designed to build confidence and help seniors feel comfortable in front of the camera. No modeling experience needed—just bring your fun energy and I’ll handle the rest!
Can my senior earn rewards?
YES! ASP Senior Reps can earn cash incentives through our referral program! Every time they refer a friend who books a session, they’ll earn cash rewards (paid out quarterly). So basically… more hype, more photos, more $$$!
How many photos will my senior receive?
Each session includes a minimum of 30 digital images (but honestly, it’s usually way more). The more shoots and events they participate in, the more photos they’ll get throughout the year!
Can parents come to the sessions?
Of course! Parents are always welcome at individual senior sessions. Some seniors love having their parents there for support, while others prefer to just enjoy the experience with their fellow reps—it’s totally up to you!
Can I still take prom, sports, or pageant photos with other photographers?
Yes! Prom, sports, and pageant photos are exempt from team requirements, so you are free to work with other photographers for those specific occasions. However, as part of the ASP Senior Rep Team, you agree to only use and promote ASP as your senior photographer throughout your senior year. This means no booking or promoting another photographer for traditional senior sessions!
